Pastor Eric Klemme

Called to serve at Good Shepherd in 2024, Pastor Eric Klemme was ordained in 1994 after graduating from Concordia Seminary in St. Louis. Before coming to Shalimar, he served Lutheran congregations in Minnesota and Louisiana, bringing more than three decades of pastoral experience to Good Shepherd.

Pastor Klemme faithfully proclaims God's Word and helps people grow in a deeper understanding of the Christian faith. His preaching and teaching connect Scripture and Lutheran theology in practical ways that equip believers to live confidently in Christ. In addition to his pastoral ministry, he is a musician who often performs on guitar and ukulele. He also enjoys sports cars and helped start Good Shepherd's annual car show, combining his love of automobiles with opportunities for fellowship and community outreach.

Family Life Minister Curtis Wiese

Called to serve at Good Shepherd, Curtis is a certified Director of Christian Education (DCE) with a degree in Theology from Concordia University, Seward. In addition to leading Christian education, children’s ministry, and youth ministry, he supports the congregation through assimilation, fellowship, worship, website management, and technical support for the church’s ministries.

Provides administrative support to the pastor, including the preparation and publication of weekly worship bulletins, special service bulletins, and the monthly newsletter. Manages and maintains membership and guest records

Business Manager Kathy Shaw

Handles and maintains the congregation’s accounts payable. The Business Manager role is distinct from both the Financial Secretary and the Head Teller, focusing specifically on managing payments and financial obligations rather than income tracking or cash handling.

Kim Worsham, Custodian

Performs routine janitorial duties to ensure the church facilities remain clean, safe, and welcoming. Responsibilities include cleaning restrooms, emptying trash, sweeping, mopping, and general upkeep of common areas to support a positive environment for worship, ministry activities, and community events

A nationally and internationally acclaimed composer with extensive musical experience and diverse collaborations, David serves Good Shepherd’s music ministry as organist. His artistry and musical leadership enrich the congregation’s worship through sacred music.
