Cruising with the King Car Club
We are forming a GSLC car club called Cruising with the King. Our current men’s smoke and joke is being transformed into this outreach effort in order to develop relationships with people in our community, as well as serve our community by raising money for local charities. Once we get it off the ground, we will be hosting monthly cruise nights and fellowship events, as well as planning the bi-annual shows. Our first meeting will be held May 8 at 6 PM at Pastor Klemme's home, 717 Tuxedo Dr. Fort Walton Beach, 32547. Come join us for food, fellowship and a general good time!

1st Annual Cruising with the King Car Show
While a heavy downpour forced us to cut the event short by 90 minutes, the day was still a success. Nine dedicated participants braved the inclement weather to showcase their cars, and despite the rain, the atmosphere was fantastic. Attendees enjoyed complimentary hot dogs, nachos, and popcorn, and we awarded eight gift baskets as raffle prizes. Thanks to a generous free-will offering, all proceeds were donated to Hospitality Place. It was a pleasure meeting everyone, and I’m already looking forward to our next show this fall!

2. Mr. John Grossi won Pastor’s Choice and Kid’s Choice for his 2006 Aston Martin.
3. Mr. Peter Normandin won Best Engine with his 2023 Dodge Durango Hellcat.
4. Mr. Todd Ingram won Participant’s Choice award and best Interior for his 2007 Mercedes V12 Bi Turbo coupe.
5. Mr. Angel Martinez won Best Paint with his 2016 BMW M3.
6. Mr. David Millette won Best Import with his very cool 1974 Volkswagen Thing.
