A Voters' Meeting is scheduled to accept the Financial Review Committee's report.

The Voters’ Assembly meets only a few times during the year. There is a meeting in November to set and approve the budget, a biannual meeting in February (2028) to elect officers and boards, and this June meeting. Garry Haase
